Each year we bring together a group of speakers from a range of backgrounds and fields. We aim to balance those who learnt directly from Sydney Banks with those who are fresh and new to the understanding. And each year we have also been blessed with you, a group of participants who are open hearted, humble and here to learn and share. The feeling in the room is always the highlight.

Our aim is to keep it simple and pure. We believe that the more challenging our lives become the more important it is for each of us to keep looking in this direction and remembering where our well-being and resilience lie.  We are all human and it is so easy for us to get disturbed or overwhelmed by the events and volatility of the world around us and forget the primacy of our clarity and stability.
